At MORENA Cosmetics we want you to be happy with your purchase
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please provide your order details and clear photos where relevant. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.
Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we may offer a replacement or exchange where appropriate and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, MORENA Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges for open or used cosmetic products unless the item is faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you wish to request a return for an opened and unused item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the product is faulty.
Processing Time
Once your return has been approved and received (where applicable), refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
